mission

Established in 2021, the Reinvention Foundation is a private philanthropic foundation committed to supporting and amplifying the impact of educational and charitable organizations by discovering, developing, and replicating highly effective models of service delivery.

The Reinvention Foundation focuses on two main impact areas: improving the quality and affordability of Jewish education and supporting charitable organizations whose work has a sustainable and transformative impact on individuals and families.

leadership

Ariela Rosenberg-Brafman is President and Executive Director of the Reinvention Foundation. She has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, leading teams and directing projects across strategy, evaluation, and operations. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Program Operations, Design, and Evaluation at Read Ahead and as Senior Manager of Product and Evaluation at the Taproot Foundation. Ariela holds an M.P.A. from NYU Wagner and a B.A. from Columbia University.
